After their success as sausage makers and retailers, Robert Sr. and Catherine then moved on to their next endeavor – Botto’s Italian Line Restaurant. Together, they set out to create a space that was warm, inviting and honored their deeply rooted Italian heritage. When you first step into the restaurant, you feel like you’re on a wonderful trip. One that has passed but won’t soon be forgotten. Botto’s is alive with wonderful aromas, romantic sounds and gorgeous beauty that instantly puts you at ease. When you dine here, you become a part of our family.
The restaurant embodies an Italian legacy – Robert Botto Sr., who sadly passed away in 2007. He could have never imagined where his devoted family would take the restaurant next – television. Not just any television show either. Botto’s Italian Line Restaurant is appearing on FOX’s hit TV show, Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back.
The Botto family and staff agreed to allow cameras inside their establishment late last year, with no knowledge of the celebrity chef’s involvement. And boy, were they in for a surprise when Ramsay’s state-of-the-art mobile kitchen showed up. Armed with a renovation team, new menu items and Gordon’s famous, fiery temper, it was time to make Botto’s better than ever.
In the end, Gordon Ramsay helped Botto’s come out on top. With a fresh new menu, updated decor and a new outlook on life and the restaurant, Botto’s is officially back and better than ever.
We invite you to watch the episode on FOX.
